Shipping Information & Policies
Orders are filled and mailed within 24 hours after you place the order. Occasionally, we may be out of a product or lack the inventory to fulfill your order and we will contact you directly to discuss options. We reserve the right to cancel a back order at any time, due to availability.
Shipping Charges within the USA (Including APO/FPO):
Domestic shipping is typically through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Let me know if you prefer other shipping methods.

Shipping Charges in Canada and International:
Canadian and international orders normally shipped through U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail. The shipping charges that appear on the online order checkout will be adjusted to reflect the actual costs. However, the shipping costs will be REDUCED in accordance with this table so our INTERNATIONAL customers can take advantage of our $30.00 FREE shipping policy:

Shipping Charges for Block-of-the-Month Clubs:
Your initial Block-of-the-Month order and subsequent shipments will be in accordance with the above fee schedule. Some specific locations (APO, AE or other) maybe subject to rate changes depending on shipping costs.
Please note that SeaWatch Fabrics reserves the right to cancel any orders, clubs, or block-of-the-month orders.
Shipping Charges for Fabric Clubs:
Your initial order and subsequent shipments will be in accordance with the amounts that are listed with the specific fabric club you have selected. Normally the shipping is approximately $4.85. Some specific locations (APO, AE or other) maybe subject to rate changes depending on shipping costs.
Delivery
At SeaWatch Fabrics, we strive to fill all orders within 24 business hours. Orders usually arrive within 1-7 business days from time of shipment to your home within the Continental USA. Customers must contact SeaWatch Fabrics 1-800-493-9695 with 14 days of the date of the shipping notice for any orders not received (see our Policies for more information).
Sales Tax and/or Other Taxes
The customer is responsible for any and all duties, sales taxes, or other taxes incurred on all goods as designated for the area in which the merchandise is shipped from and delivered. (Washington State residents will have state sales tax applied to their order).
Privacy - Personal Information
At SeaWatch Fabrics, we keep our customers' personal information private. We do not share or sell customer information for any reason. We do NOT email or telephone our customers for their credit card numbers or other personal information.
Our Website Security
We protect our customers' information by using the very best in full-strength computer and internet security. Secure socket layer (SSL) technology, encrypts all personal information, such as credit card data. SSL technology and encryption prevents anyone from accessing data during the transfer process. SSL protects all communications. We employ internet security methods and technologies proven by use in e-commerce websites. To ensure your security we recommend using up to date browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape. When you enter the secured area during the order process you will see a small closed lock (Microsoft) or a key (Netscape) at the bottom of your browser screen. In addition to SSL, we use the secure and dependable AuthorizeNet processing agent to process all credit card transactions. Our systems use Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) using an 802.1 security solution which greatly surpasses WEP/128 found on nearly all other websites.
Our Policies
You have 30 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. Call our toll free number 1-800-493-9695 to get a return authorization. You will be issued a credit for the item on your charge card that is on file for the purchase, refund check, or an in store credit toward merchandise purchases. Refunds will not be given for shipping/handling charges.
The product must be in original condition and packaging. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Books and patterns cannot be returned due to copyright laws. If you feel a need for returning a book for some reason as it was messed up in shipping, please call to discuss this matter. Patterns are very seldom messed up in shipping so should never have a problem.
We do not accept returns on cut fabric. If the fabric has a defect that we may have overlooked, please call our toll free number above to discuss this with us.
Sale items may not be returned.
Sometimes mistakes happen, if you get the wrong product or fabric call us toll free at 1-800-493-9695 as soon as possible and it will be taken care of.
Our minimum cut is 1/2 yard. Please be aware that all orders received under our minimum cut will be increased to 1/2 yard.
